InterGENERATIONAL

"INTERGENERATIONAL" is a project that aims to bring together two very different realities a priori; that of young people, in this case, workers in the field of youth, and that of the elderly. It is an invitation, to reflection in common and to the exchange of ideas, to information. From non-formal education, intergender was born to continue fighting for active and global citizenship, which knows, recognizes, accepts and manages the strengths and limits of its individuals; An attempt to extract an opportunity. Young people should feel responsible for continuing to work for and for our society, promoting civic practices and promoting among the elderly an active asset that involves older people in the social fabric. We are responsible for taking them back, with the effort we have given to us for years; and in any case to continue working for a committed society.

  • Our training seminar consists of a single activity with eight flows, in which will involve twenty-three participants, workers in the field of youth, who through intergenerational practices in the context of youth work approach the elderly and young people in activities that are mutually beneficial, so that they learn and share their knowledge, skills and values ​​together in a non-formal and informal learning environment. It will have eleven training sessions spread over four days. The sessions will be divided into two major fields, on the one hand, the knowledge and technical training on the main objective and on the other all the competencies that you can acquire through it, adding the acquisition of values ​​on a personal level that in turn can transmit to the young beneficiaries of their associations. The profile of the participants will be workers in the field of youth, belonging to one of the partner countries, Armenia, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Serbia and Ukraine.
